Freeze Baseball is a mobile coaching tool that teaches 10U–12U players defensive positioning through an interactive freeze-frame drill: at any point in a play, every player on the field has somewhere to be, and the app shows them exactly where. Built for youth coaches who need their entire infield and outfield engaged on every pitch.
The freeze drill is one I taught for 20 years coaching youth baseball. It's the single most effective way I've found to get every player on the field thinking about positioning on every pitch, not just the kid the ball is hit to. After two decades on the field, Freeze Baseball is my way of still coaching, just from a distance: any coach, anywhere, can run the same drill I ran for two decades, with the field, the scenarios, and the answers all in their pocket.
From there it generalized: at the youth level, only the players directly involved in a play tend to move. The other seven stand still and disengage. Freeze Baseball turns the field into a living diagram: a coach calls out a scenario, the app freezes the play, and every player checks where they should have been.
